He grew the company and built the foundations to guide it to what it is today. Our hard work did not stop with the passing of Oddvar, it only inspired us to carry on his legacy and work harder. Karen Norheim, current CEO and president of American Crane, introduced our mantra GRIT Matters to the company in 2018. This ignited a cultural shift within the company, a transformation we embody every single day.
