I-3 Service Technician
Troubleshoot, install, disassemble, repair, replace and/or clean defective equipment, machinery, tools, electrical parts and components associated with overhead cranes, winches, hoists, etc.
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project ensuring goals are met. Interface with the customer, Engineering, Purchasing, Production/Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and vendors.
Responsibilities include conduit installation, wiring and panel building for motor control systems as utilized in overhead cranes.
To serve as project engineer for a job from inception to completion including generation of drawings; specification of all electrical components to be used on the equipment in a bill of material.
To serve as project structural engineer for a job from inception to completion including interpretation of specifications, selection of major structural components, preparation of analytical models and calculations, checking of drawings, and interfacing with internal departments and customers on technical issues.
To perform mechanical tasks and SMAW (stick), FCAW (flux cored), or GTAW (TIG) welding, fabrications, and repairs of various components and types/grades of steels in accordance with AWS Code requirements.
Intern - Marketing
Create and update marketing presentations and other marketing related documents. Requires knowledge of principles and methods for promoting products and/or services including marketing strategies and tactics and product demonstration.
