Founded in 2024 by Stephanie Delibertis, Owner & Executive Director of Outreach & Development, the Hoist Up! Outreach Initiative is an extension of her passion for giving back. Stephanie leads our outreach efforts with purpose and compassion—motivating others to join in our mission of lifting individuals and strengthening communities.
