Service Engineers/Technicians
Responsibilities include trouble-shooting, repair, and operation of systems for overhead cranes, hoists and related equipment (PLC experience a plus). Position requires overnight travel and weekend work.
Electrical Service Engineer
Minimum of an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering
Electrical Service Technician
Graduates of an Electrical Technology program or individuals with extensive practical electrical experience (industrial/commercial 3-phase) and have mechanical aptitude.
Welding Certified Service Technicians with Mechanical aptitude.
Welders for Lester Plant
Ability to perform multi-position SMAW and FCAW; remove carbon air-arcing; read weld maps; fabricate; AWS certification(s) a plus.
Fitter/Mechanic for Lester Plant
Ability to read blue prints; read and use precision measuring tools; perform radial and angular alignments on rotating machinery; perform basic welding/burning; use hydraulic press to correctly assemble;disassemble interference fit components; interpret machining and finish information; knowledge of distortion due to welding.
Industrial Electrician for Lester Plant
Ability to read electrical drawings; use hand tools, meters and hydraulic pipe bender; wire single, two speed, slip ring motors, resistors and push button stations; fabricate cross bridge and pendant festooning as well as simple brackets and supports for electrical components; perform basic welding/burning; lay out conduit routes, enclosures, limit switches, junction boxes; knowledge of NEC.
Quality Assurance Inspector/CWI
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) to perform weld inspections; coating inspections; magnetic particle and liquid penetrant inspections; receipt inspections; assure heat code traceability; and other relevant duties.
