1986. A fateful year in the history of the peaceful use of nuclear power. The reactor at Chernobyl exploded, releasing tremendous amounts of radioactivity. In an effort to help, the entire world sent technical equipment – all of which failed miserably, being unable to cope with the high levels of radiation.
